I love telling stories about good things going on. I post daily on Instagram @hopehencheywrites about community, mutual aid, imagination, bikes, parenting, train travel, interdependence, and basically anything I find interesting or encouraging (which is a lot, ha!)

I make videos for Strong Towns and New York By Rail as a freelancer.

I write reflective essays at HopeHenchey.substack.com, and I’ve written articles for Christianity Today, Can We Read?, Tsh Oxenreider, and more. I’m also a public speaker and have spoken at retreats, school assemblies, advocacy meetings, and large groups, and I’ll be speaking at some conferences this year.
